Introduction to the Training and Placement Cell
Being a premier institute, GIFT visualizes a wonderful future for each and every student by grooming them to realize their cherished hopes and aspirations. To materialize that it has set up a Training and Placement Cell which consists of some competent faculty members along with some experts.
Objectives of our Cell
The Training and Placement Cell envisages the following objectives:
- To systematically train students right from the 1st year to develop their Communicative Competence.
- To groom students in different soft skills and Personality Development programmes to cater their professional needs.
- To enhance students ‘Interview Skills’ to get better jobs.
- To familiarise students with the corporate world.
Different programmes already conducted
To materialize our visions GIFT has already taken many steps. Among the programmes, Pre-placement programmes, conducted by GLOBO GRAMME was a special attraction. A group of teachers, trained all of our students in the area of Personality Development and Communicative Competence. The following are only a few examples conducted in our campus.
